new coasters made from an old pair of pants (seersucker), an old shirt (cherries) and linen
it only happens a few days out of the year for us (maybe everyone?) in LA, when beautiful Peonies arrive.
I take full advantage and put them all over the house :)
Since my apron making experience went fairly smoothly, I finally decided to dive into the Wendy Mullin patterns I started thinking about almost a year ago. I'll be sure to keep you posted on my progress, wish me luck :)
Happy Monday!
I see so many coasters that look so lovely. Makes me wish my fabric stash wasn't so discordant. Though the linen might help make things more neutral...

Love those coasters too!! I can not wait to see you finished Ms.Mullins!
Her book is sitting right next to me. I am not as brave as you, but then again I don't have your talent either!! I bet it will be fabulous! Hugs!

The coasters are lovely! I keep meaning to make some but I think I'd feel too guilty putting wet glasses on them all the time.

I love Peonies too, and the coasters, and the apron, so can't wait to see the wendy patterns made up.
By the way I've tagged you for the 7 random facts meme, if you wan't to play that is.

Oh my goodness, those Peonies are beautiful! I love pictures of your house, it's so tidy and lots of natural lighting :)
Good luck with the sewing projects.
