I've been quietly accumiltaing a mental list of stuff. We're planning to move to a bigger space in about a month, not only do we get a bedroom, but we will most likey get a work room as well (right now, we're in a one room loft) So you see, the decorative possibities are endless. I'm not saying I plan on buying all of these things, but I would like to have some...and then maybe find some thriftier alternatives that are inspired by these following obsessions.
Above clockwise from Left:
Petrie Sofa from Crate and Barrel, Beautiful Photos by Photo Bird, Alexander Girard fabric from Maximo Designs, "Bead" fabric by Hable Constuction, Danish Chair this one courtesy of Simply-Mod Auction (E-bay), cute Gnome Plant Pals from Fred Flare, Storage Unit from West Elm, Lion figure via Jonathan Adler (swoooon), Rug by West Elm
Above Clockwise from Left:
Airpod air filteration by Blue Air, George Nelson saucer lamp from Modernica, Deer Lamp from Fred Flare, Bantam Sofa from Design Within Reach, Mini Apple Plates by Jonathan Adler (I would love 3 of these to hang on a wall in the kitchen!), Fabric from Repo Depot, Wheatgrass for kitties and pretty, Alexander Girard pillow from Modern Seed, and Plywood Dining Chairs from CB2
You have a great blog - found thru Marieke.
This group of pictures is so great and pleasing as a group!!

I love the gnomes, but mostly the pillow- I cut a photo of this very pillow out of a magazine + have it in my inspiration notebook. You have great taste!
I went to DWR in Pasadena + thought I was in Heaven! It's more fun seeing things in person instead of online or in a catalog.
Good luck with the move!

i think we are joined at the house decorating hip. it's a little eerie -- just today i considered purchasing BOTH the fred flare deer lamp and the little garden gnomes!
and! we just came back from seeing the breakup tonight, and the main thing i took away from the film was that i must have mid-century danish chairs *immediately* and also some black and white retro print fabric (there was one in the film that was not unlike the hable one). new apartments are the best. have fun decorating!
