I'm still reeling from my swap with Jenny!!
Here are some things I included in her package. A mustard tote, the vintage 70's lining is my favorite part. This is from the pattern I made for Holly's Tote.

Swappie_b

The most incredible package arrived at my doorstep on Friday.

Fabrics

I was so thrilled when Jenny Gordy from Wiksten-Made agreed to do a swap with me. I'm a big fan of Jenny's designs (Jenny is a Designer with a capital D) imagine my excitement when Jenny mentioned that she was going to make a dress for me.

Detail_wallpaperf
I was NOT prepared for two dresses!!!!! I feel so damn lucky.

Wallpaperdress_b_2
First is this adorable cotton mini Jenny has named the Wallpaper Dress, you can read all about it here.
The dress is so light and comfortable, perfect for summer and super cute over light skinny pants or worn alone as a mini!!!
Ahhhhh, I LOVE IT!!!!! Stay tuned on Wiksten-Made, she's planning on making her patterns available for everyone, yahoooo!

Grey
This is the softest, flowy-est dress ever. It's a gray linen and I HEART IT. I wish I could show you how beautifully constructed both of these dresses are. Jenny is a master, she's got mad skill. I love this color, it's  simply perfect. Read more about  this dress here .

SO LUCKY!! Thank you Jenny, you are the best.

Minicity
When Erika and I started talking about our swap, she mentioned that she liked the cityscape  I made for
Leya  so I made her a miniature version complete with painted frame.

a parcel from Holland

Owl_baggie
I recently did a swap with the lovely and talented Erika of Miko Design, in Rotterdam, NL.
I knew I would be in for a treat when Erika mentioned that she hand screened her own textiles! Look at this amazingly cute owl baggie (detailed shot of fabric below)
Birdie_1
I mentioned to Erika that Keith and I went crazy with for the Christmas ornaments when we were in Amsterdam last year, and she was so sweet to include this purple glass bird ornament. It goes perfectly with my red and gold birdie..
Stocking
She also included some great Dutch design mags, stickers, stationary, the cutest polka dot and striped cups for cupcake making and a hand made x-mas stocking made from gorgeous fabric that I believe Erika screend herself. Spider likes it too ;p
Textiles
tons and tons of hand screened fabric, I couldn't fit them all in this photo....I so admire the art of silk screening, I'd love to learn how to do it one day.
Thank you Erika, I absolutely love everything!

The lovely and most extremely talented Miss Roxy Asami  of roxymarj sent me a parcel full of her amazing creations.
I just think her drawing style is so unique and wonderful.

Roxy2
Her crafstmanship is incredible. Look at this beautiful metalic green leather pouch and key ring that she made (click for a closer looksie!) Roxy's goodies can be found at Cut + Paste and her contest winning Coloring Book at Fred Flare. I'm so glad I got to do a swap with her before she got too busy with school (she starts her 2nd year at Parsons School of Design this fall).

Good luck with school Roxy!

Tote
Marieke of Treats and Treasures  received my package the other day, so now I can show you some of the things I included in her parcel. I had so much fun making this boxy tote, I lined it with a fun pinky fabric.
